According to the 《Law of the People's Republic of China on Enterprise Income Tax》and the relevant tax policies of the State on high-tech enterprises, fine-tech, Jinggong Science & Technology, Jinggong Manufacturing and Jinggong New Materials can enjoy the relevant preferential policies of the State on high-tech enterprises within three years after the approval, that is, the enterprise income tax shall be paid at 15% tax rate.
