Polyurethane sandwich panel refers to the panel formed by combining polyurethane (PU) and color steel sheets. It is widely used in large industrial plants, cold storages, garages, mobile houses, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, shopping centers, airports, power plants, villas, hospitals, strata and high-rise office buildings and other fields. According to usage, it can be divided into: PU roof panels, PU wall panels and PU cold storage panels.

PU roof panel: It is suitable for roofing of industrial and commercial buildings, also it is a self-cleaning high-grade panel, which reduces the amount of ash on the roof and keeps the roof of the building permanently crystallized. The high wave crest improves the bearing capacity of the roof panel with convenient installation and other characteristics, can be customized with three corrugated or four corrugated roofs.

PU wall panel: It is generally used for the outer layer of buildings. The panel has good thermal insulation, heat insulation and sound insulation effects, and polyurethane does not support combustion, which is in line with fire safety. The combined effect of the upper and lower panels and polyurethane has high strength and rigidity. The lower panel is smooth and flat, with clear lines, which increases the indoor aesthetics and flatness. It is a new type of building material with convenient installation, short construction period and beautiful appearance.

The PU cold storage panel is divided into the following three types: 1. Fresh-keeping warehouse (the temperature of the fresh-keeping warehouse is kept at 0 °C, and the optimal thickness of the cold storage board is 10 cm). 2. Refrigerator (the temperature of the refrigerator is kept at -18°C, and the suitable thickness of the cold storage board is 15 cm). 3. Freezer (the temperature of the refrigerator is kept at -38°C, and the suitable thickness of the refrigerator board is 20 cm).

Sheet forming area: It is composed of upper and lower layers of roll forming machines and rapid replacement mechanism, which can produce various shapes of plates to meet the diverse needs of clients. 2. Foaming area: It is composed of PU high-pressure foaming machine, pouring machine, double belt laminating machine and other equipment. 3. Cutting area: It is composed of a follow-up sawing machine and an edge milling machine to complete the fixed-length cutting of the panels. 4. Stacking and packaging area: It is composed of fast conveying roller table, automatic turning, stacking, packaging system and other equipment, which can complete the functions of conveying, turning, moving and packaging of panels, improve the efficiency of production line, and ensure good product packaging effect. There is no damage to the product during production and transportation. 5. Cooling system: It consists of a set of front and rear conveyor rollers, two sets of lift conveyor belt rollers, cooling conveyor belts and an electric control system, which helps the panels to dissipate heat evenly. 6. Automatic control system: The production line is equipped with Siemens control system, user-friendly operation interface for easy operation and monitoring, advanced computer control, and convenient adjustment of the parameters of the entire line, which effectively ensures the stable and efficient operation of the production line.
