At the end of the year, with all the passion and hope, the 14th Jinggong Science & Technology Competition officially kicked off. There were 379 employees participating in the competition. The competition covered nine types of work, including mechanical design, quality inspection, welders, fitters, electricians, painters, and metalworking. The whole competition went through the stages of selection and recommendation, preliminary theoretical examination, and final practical operation. The national professional skills appraisal procedure was used as the selection criteria for each link, with wide coverage and strong professionalism.

This technical competition aims to comprehensively investigate the front-line employees' mastery of basic knowledge of technical business and basic operation skills of their posts. The content of the practical examination, combined with the actual work on site, will deeply investigate the basic operation and disposal process of each post, and test the employees' practical ability in terms of technical regulations, on-site implementation, and emergency response.

On the eve of the activity, the leaders in charge of various types of work made propaganda and mobilization for the contestants, answered questions and questions to the contestants, announced the competition schedule and system, clarified the epidemic prevention and control measures during the competition, and ensured the smooth progress of the skill competition. The contestants were full of confidence and enthusiasm.

Through intense and fierce competition, 32 outstanding talents finally passed the exam and stood out. Among them, 11 outstanding talents were awarded the title of "senior technician" of the company, and 21 outstanding talents were awarded the title of "technician" of the company.

An employee who participated in the five technical competitions said that we kept improving on the competition field and discussed with each other on the competition field.
