In business communication, the dress code and behavior of enterprise personnel often indirectly convey the brand image of the enterprise. In order to further enhance the professional literacy of the Seiko Technology administrative line, on the morning of April 18th, the company's administrative management department and human resources department jointly organized a "Business Etiquette" training, and specially invited Professor Yu Aiping, one of the top ten entrepreneurship training instructors in Zhejiang Province and an internationally registered senior etiquette trainer for IPA and ACI, to personally teach and guide the company's administrative personnel.

During the training, Professor Yu adopted an interactive teaching method to create a vivid and comprehensive etiquette training for the participating employees. He presented theoretical knowledge to the participants through personal demonstrations, scenario simulations, on-site questioning, professional comments, and other methods, comprehensively imparting appropriate appearance, business reception, effective communication and other skills.

Throughout the training, Professor Yu's professional and meticulous teaching provided a fruitful experience for the administrative staff. Professor Yu not only affirmed the standardized behavior of administrative personnel, but also corrected and guided some small details and errors that are easily overlooked in daily communication, deepened everyone's understanding of etiquette knowledge, and further strengthened administrative personnel's understanding of business etiquette norms, mastering business etiquette and etiquette in daily social, workplace, business reception, and other occasions.
