In mid July, Seiko Technology welcomed a new batch of energetic and passionate college graduates. In order to help college students quickly integrate into the culture of precision engineering and adapt to the work environment, the company has launched a one week training activity. This training focuses on three major themes: team building, cultural courses, and precision engineering "3+1" industry visits. It combines "theoretical teaching, action expansion, and visiting learning" to embark on a wonderful journey of college students' career paths.

In the ice breaking integration activity, the students established mutual trust and understanding; In the process of building consensus, learn to negotiate and solve problems with others, and form a tacit understanding of teamwork; In their physical and mental state and physical and mental exercise activities, they learn to adjust their mindset and use their physical strength and endurance to face various challenges; Challenging impossible projects inspires students' courage and innovative spirit, encouraging them to surpass themselves and create more possibilities.

In the cultural course, students learned seven courses related to the three major modules of corporate culture, professional literacy, and general skills. Through the creative teaching methods and interactive teaching methods of the teaching teachers, students have gained a deep and simple understanding of the corporate culture, vision, and mission of Seiko. At the same time, they have established professional awareness and literacy, which requires enhancing communication skills, time management, thinking logic, problem solving, team collaboration, and other abilities, laying a solid foundation for their future career.

During the visit to the "3+1" industry sector of Seiko, the students had the opportunity to visit various industrial parks of the group in Shaoxing. Through on-site visits and learning, the students gained a more intuitive understanding of the different industries of the group, broadened their horizons, and also felt the charm of Seiko's green industry.

After careful selection, a group of outstanding students were ultimately selected for this training. They demonstrated excellent learning ability and teamwork spirit during the training, which was unanimously recognized by everyone.
