Recently, the core equipment of the carbon fiber production line independently developed by Jinggong Technology has once again gone abroad and entered Vietnam for the first time after being exported to South Korea, continuously injecting Jinggong power into the innovative development of the global carbon fiber industry.

In 2020, Jinggong Technology achieved the nationwide industrialization of carbon fiber production line equipment technology. As of October 2023, Jinggong Technology has undertaken more than 30 carbon fiber production lines, which can meet the different needs of T400/T700/T800/T1100G high-performance carbon fibers. It has achieved outstanding market share for three consecutive years and is highly favored by users. Through continuous technological deepening and innovation, new breakthroughs have been made in the process of core equipment at this stage.

The natural gas oxidation furnace independently developed by Jinggong Technology has more advantages in performance compared to other conventional electric heating furnace types. The maximum wind speed inside the furnace is 3.5 meters per second, and the uniformity of wind speed is within ± 0.3 meters per second. The temperature is more uniform, and the maximum wire feeding speed can reach 20 meters per minute. The uniform wind speed and temperature verify that Jinggong Technology's natural gas oxidation furnace performance technology has reached the international first-class level.

The double channel carbonization furnace independently developed by Jinggong Technology adopts a leading double-layer carbonization process layout, achieving significant reduction in factory size. It monitors the loading pressure oxygen content and temperature, effectively preventing safety accidents. It can simultaneously reduce the overall cost of equipment insulation framework, labor, and factory, while ensuring safe, stable, and continuous operation at full load for a long time, helping to achieve a leap in production capacity.

This is the first time that the core equipment of Jinggong Technology's carbon fiber production line has been exported to Vietnam, which will also be another milestone for the brand in the development history of intelligent manufacturing of specialized equipment.
