Sun Guojun, Chairman of Jinggong Technology, Zhang Junmo, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Trade Union, Huang Weiming, Deputy General Manager and Financial Manager, and 22 employee representatives from various departments and industries participated in the symposium. This symposium is chaired by Cai Gaofeng, Director of Human Resources Department.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Cai first expressed gratitude to the attending leaders and employee representatives, and introduced the purpose and significance of holding the symposium. In response to the suggestions, the attending leaders provided on-site responses to some of the issues based on the actual situation. For the suggestions related to the parts where the leaders did not attend the meeting, the Human Resources Department sorted out and provided feedback after the meeting, and requested relevant departments to make effective improvement plans. Through a "one by one reply, one by one implementation" mechanism and a "one-on-one email" form, the representatives of the employees were replied to continuously promote and implement them one by one.

At the end of the symposium, Sun Dong expressed sincere gratitude to everyone for actively participating in the speech, and summarized and shared from multiple aspects such as company operation, management, technology, and system. He said that the development of the company cannot be separated from the efforts and contributions of every employee. All relevant departments of the company should continue to strengthen their attention, and effectively track and implement the relevant issues that everyone cares about, cares about, and provides suggestions, in order to continuously improve employee cohesion, satisfaction, and happiness.
