In order to further strengthen the management system construction of Jinggong Technology and improve the company's management ability and level, Jinggong Technology recently held the 2023 internal audit work meeting to mobilize and deploy the company's internal audit work. Li Aijun, General Manager of the company, Sun Yang, Assistant General Manager and Director of Operations Management Department, and relevant internal audit staff attended the meeting.

The internal audit work meeting was chaired by Sun Yang, Assistant Manager and Director of Operations Management Department. The meeting first introduced the purpose, scope, basis, schedule, methods, and procedures of the annual internal audit work.

At the meeting, the general manager of the company, Li Aijun, also issued a certificate of appointment for the newly hired internal auditor. This year's internal audit work will be conducted by 12 internal auditors in the form of three audit teams, using a cross departmental approach to conduct a comprehensive audit of the locations, elements, and content involved in the management system.

The audit process lasted for 3 days, and each audit team went deep into 6 functional departments and the carbon fiber industry at the same level. Through on-site inspections and inquiries, reviewing information and records, examining the on-site situation, and listening to employee explanations, they effectively, carefully, and rigorously reviewed each review content to ensure that the audit process was carried out in an orderly manner, the audit results were scientific and accurate, and the stable operation of the company's management system was comprehensively guaranteed. At the final meeting, the leaders of each audit team summarized and reported on the results of the internal audit.
