Recently, the Jinggong Technology employee fire and safety knowledge competition was successfully launched. The competition will be conducted in three stages: "revealing the first signs, lightning competition, and counterattack". Eight teams of young employees from various industries and functional departments will participate.

At the beginning, all participating team members strictly abide by the competition rules, relying on good psychological qualities and sufficient preparation, with high morale and calm responses; In the lightning competition, each team chased after each other, constantly refreshing the points table, and the atmosphere on site was lively.

The desperate counterattack, with a strong smell of gunpowder, further ignited everyone's unprecedented desire for victory and defeat. Each team formulates different answering strategies based on their own team's score, and even two teams with the same score compete in the final question. The winner is ultimately determined through an extra round.

The exciting and intense knowledge competition enhances the understanding and awareness of fire safety knowledge among young employees in a fun and entertaining way, and also educates fire safety knowledge in their hearts.

Build defenses through practice

Safety production, prioritize education, promote practice through performance, and build prevention through practice. In order to improve the emergency firefighting and response capabilities of employees, Jinggong Technology organized the 2024 fire drill in two phases. During the event, members of the Huashe Fire Station of the Keqiao District Fire Brigade were specially invited to the company for fire safety knowledge lectures and drill training guidance.

At the drill site, employees from different positions in various industries actively formed teams and engaged in intense competition exercises. The project includes three parts: 40 meter sprint firefighting, water hose connection, and wearing firefighting clothing, each of which tests the employees' quick response ability and teamwork spirit.

In short distance fire extinguishing, employees are fearless in the face of danger, have clear tasks, start quickly, and accurately extinguish the fire. Although the seemingly simple process requires sufficient physical fitness, they must complete the fire quickly, ruthlessly, and accurately; During the water hose connection, the employees remained calm and quickly shook off the first water hose and the connecting water distributor, then quickly moved forward, while shaking off the second water hose and connecting the hose line until the water gun sprayed water.

The occurrence of accidents is unpredictable, and wearing protective clothing in the shortest possible time is crucial. As the "start" command was given, the employees who were shortlisted for the final project proceeded in an orderly manner, wearing a complete set of equipment neatly according to the steps.

The organization and implementation of the two phases of fire drills have effectively improved the safety awareness and emergency response ability of employees in the event of emergencies, achieving a good effect of "promoting learning through competition, promoting work through learning, and improving ability through work".
