On November 24, 2023, Jin Donghan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, chairman of the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society, and president of Tianjin University, led a delegation of experts from the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society to visit Jinggong Technology for research and discussion. The delegation included Vice Chairman Shu Gequn of the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society and Secretary of the Party Committee of the University of Science and Technology of China, Vice Chairman Huang Zhen of the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society and Chair Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Wang Chengshan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and director of the National Energy Storage Technology Industry-Education Integration Innovation Platform at Tianjin University, and Zhang Jiujun, foreign academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and executive director of the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society, among others. Academician Jin Donghan and his team visited Jinggong Technology's smart technology exhibition hall, where they learned in detail about the company's development history, research and manufacturing, achievement applications, and the status of various industries. The Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society (referred to as “the Society”) was approved by the China Association for Science and Technology in March 1981. It is a non-profit legal social organization voluntarily composed of internal combustion engine technology workers nationwide. Currently, it has 21 professional branches and over 15,000 individual members and more than 400 corporate members. The current chairman is Jin Donghan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, former president of the International Internal Combustion Engine Congress, and president of Tianjin University.
