Recently, Jinggong Technology’s self-developed core equipment for carbon fiber production, after its initial export to South Korea, has now made its debut in Vietnam, injecting Jinggong’s power into the global carbon fiber industry's innovation and development.

In 2020, Jinggong Technology achieved full localization of carbon fiber production line equipment technology. By October 2023, the company has successfully undertaken over 30 carbon fiber production lines, catering to the different needs of T400/T700/T800/T1100G high-performance carbon fibers. The company has maintained an impressive market share for three consecutive years and is well-regarded by users. Through continuous technological deepening and innovation, significant breakthroughs have been made in the core equipment’s process.

Jinggong Technology’s self-developed natural gas oxidation furnace has performance advantages over conventional electric heating furnace types. With an internal air speed of up to 3.5 meters per second, and a uniformity within ±0.3 meters per second, the temperature is more consistent. The maximum wire drawing speed can reach 20 meters per minute. The uniform air and temperature demonstrate that Jinggong Technology’s natural gas oxidation furnace meets international top standards.

The double-path carbonization furnace developed by Jinggong Technology features an advanced double-layer carbonization process layout. It significantly reduces plant dimensions, includes pressure oxygen and temperature monitoring to effectively prevent safety accidents, and reduces overall costs for equipment insulation frameworks, labor, and plant size. It also ensures safe, stable, and continuous operation at full load for extended periods, supporting a leap in production capacity.

The export of Jinggong Technology’s core carbon fiber production line equipment to Vietnam marks another milestone in the development of specialized equipment intelligent manufacturing.
