To further strengthen the management system construction at Jinggong Technology, and to enhance the company's management capabilities and level, Jinggong Technology recently held the 2023 Internal Audit Work Conference to mobilize and deploy internal audit tasks. The meeting was attended by General Manager Li Aijun, Assistant General Manager and Director of Operations Management Department Sun Yang, and relevant internal audit staff.

The internal audit work meeting was chaired by Assistant General Manager and Director of Operations Management Department Sun Yang. The meeting first introduced the audit objectives, scope, basis, schedule, as well as audit methods and procedures for the annual internal audit work.

At the meeting, General Manager Li Aijun also presented appointment certificates to newly hired internal auditors. This year's internal audit work will involve 12 internal auditors organized into 3 audit teams, conducting comprehensive audits of the locations, elements, and contents related to the management system using a departmental cross-checking method.

The audit process lasted 3 days. Each audit team conducted thorough and meticulous reviews of 6 functional departments and the carbon fiber industry at this level. They used methods such as on-site inspections, reviewing documents and records, observing现场情况, and listening to employee explanations to ensure an orderly audit process and accurate results, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the company's management system. At the final meeting, the team leaders summarized the results of the internal audit.

At the end of the meeting, General Manager Li Aijun gave a concluding speech. Li emphasized that effective internal audit work requires all employees to enhance their awareness, summarize findings, promptly rectify issues, and engage in thorough planning. Departments need to take the audit team's improvement suggestions and non-conformance reports seriously. Issues should be promptly addressed and feedback provided, deviations corrected, and similar problems prevented from recurring. Further efforts should be made to enhance talent development and strengthen the internal audit team, achieving effective improvement in employee capabilities. All staff should continuously improve by addressing identified issues, enhancing quality, service, efficiency, and advancing the company's work to new levels.
