Recently, the achievement appraisal meeting for Jinggong Technology’s two newly developed products, the “JCSM120A Large-width Continuous Graphitization Furnace” and the “JCYY300D Gas-Electric Hybrid Heating End-to-End Pre-Oxidation Furnace,” was successfully held, organized by the Zhejiang Mechanical Industry Association.

The appraisal invited five renowned experts from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Zhejiang Electromechanical Design Research Institute, and China National Building Materials Intelligence, among others. After inquiries and detailed discussions, the expert panel unanimously agreed that the development of these two new products was successful, with overall technology reaching international advanced levels, and approved the appraisal.

Carbon fiber is known for its "soft on the outside, hard on the inside" characteristics and is hailed as the “king of new materials.” It has a density of only about 25% of steel and 40% of titanium alloy, making it “lighter” and “harder” than steel. Its excellent mechanical properties make it stand out in fields such as aerospace, sports and leisure, wind turbine blades, automotive industry, pressure vessels, medical devices, construction, and the currently popular humanoid robots and low-altitude economy.

Since the “12th Five-Year Plan,” the preparation and application technology of high-performance carbon fiber and its composites have been one of the core technologies of national key supported strategic emerging industries. In “Made in China 2025,” carbon fiber and other new materials are listed as key areas for vigorous promotion and development, aiming for basic self-sufficiency (with a domesticization rate approaching 100%) by 2025.
