On the morning of July 19, Zhejiang Jinggong Integrated Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinggong Technology") and Chengdu Textile College (referred to as "Chengdu Textile College") officially unveiled their "Practical Teaching Base." Li Mingfu, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee and Vice President of Chengdu Textile College, as well as Sun Guojun, Chairman of Jinggong Technology, and Li Aijun, President of Jinggong Technology, attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.

At the seminar, Chairman Sun Guojun warmly welcomed President Li Mingfu and his delegation. He introduced Jinggong's commitment to green industry with its “3+1” industrial sectors, as well as its talent development and industry-education integration efforts. He then emphasized Jinggong Technology's focus on technological innovation and its achievements and strategic planning in the carbon fiber sector, constructing a full carbon fiber industrial chain around the "three-in-one" model. Currently, Chengdu Textile College’s educational philosophy of "talent cultivation, education training, and technological innovation" is highly aligned with Jinggong Technology's focus on intelligent manufacturing of high-end equipment. At the end of the discussions, Wei Yujun, Executive Deputy Director of the Sichuan High-Performance Special Textile Materials Functional Development and Application Engineering Research Center, and Cai Gaofeng, Director of Human Resources at Jinggong Technology, officially signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. During the ceremony, Chairman Sun Guojun and President Li Mingfu jointly unveiled the plaque, marking the official establishment of the Jinggong Technology and Chengdu Textile College "Practical Teaching Base."

After the ceremony, President Li Mingfu and his delegation, accompanied by President Li Aijun, visited the workshops for carbon fiber equipment, new energy equipment, and intelligent construction machinery equipment.
