Jinggong Technology's 56 new graduates

Embarked on their transformation from “campus people” to “workplace people” during the annual new graduate training

Leading the way with sincere『commitment』and enthusiasm

The 16-day training, focusing on “corporate culture, business knowledge, professional behavior and skills, and talent development,” included “theoretical lectures, quality development, marketing challenges, and research learning.” It aimed to ensure that newcomers transition effectively, advancing from excellence to excellence.

1. Theoretical lectures, such as “Jinggong Culture, Document Writing, Effective Communication, Work Processes,” were conducted by relevant heads from various Jinggong departments. This provided newcomers with motivation and confidence as they integrated into their new work environment, laying a solid foundation for their future careers.

2. Quality development involved setting a series of challenging tasks to help newcomers enhance team cohesion, improve communication and collaboration skills, and boost self-confidence.

3. Marketing challenges, which were practical marketing competitions, required higher demands on newcomers' agility, insight, and innovation, offering both testing and training opportunities.

4. Interactive sharing included Q&A sessions with experienced colleagues. They shared their work experiences and understanding of Jinggong Culture, which greatly benefited the newcomers.

5. Workshop research allowed newcomers to visit the production lines, learn about industrial production, process flows, and product performance. They actively asked questions, engaged in discussions, and reported their findings, improving their problem analysis and solving skills.
