The robot flexible winding machine adopts the method of robot grasping and winding, which can achieve fully automatic operation of automatic threading, winding, cutting and curing. At the same time, with the cooperation of two external axes, the 6-axis robot can achieve the winding of various types of equal diameter, reduced diameter rotating bodies, as well as square, rectangular, and T-shaped shaped products.

The robot fiberglass winding is specially combined with a light curing unit, using photosensitive resin and light source irradiation curing process, greatly reducing the curing time and energy consumption. Compared to traditional heat curing, which takes an average of 8-12 hours (including preheating, heating, insulation, and cooling processes), the use of photopolymerization technology can reduce the curing time to a few minutes, enabling flexible production of composite products at high rates while maintaining the excellent performance of wrapped products.
