In mid December, the National Postdoctoral Workstation of Jinggong Technology, together with Zhejiang University and Zhejiang University of Technology, held a review meeting for the opening reports of three postdoctoral fellows, Yu Fei, Guan Yayu, and Guan Jibiao. The technical expert review group was composed of leaders from the municipal and district human resources and social security bureaus, as well as professors, doctoral supervisors, enterprise doctoral supervisors, and technical experts from the school.

At the meeting, Li Aijun, President of Jinggong Technology, expressed gratitude for the attendance of experts and leaders, and introduced the company's industrial planning, innovative technology and latest layout, as well as the construction of a high-level talent team. Mr. Li pointed out that postdoctoral fellows are one of the key forces with the most innovative ability and development motivation in the young talent group. He encouraged the three postdoctoral fellows to clarify their goals, cultivate innovation, and contribute to the continuous empowerment and enhancement of the company's core competitiveness.

Subsequently, three postdoctoral fellows gave opening reports on the research topics of "Development of High Performance PAN based Carbon Fiber Raw Silk Process and Equipment Technology by Thousand ton DMSO Dry Spray Wet Spinning", "Controllable Synthesis of Catalysts and Their Applications in Electrochemistry", and "Preparation and Performance Research of Carbon Based Derivative Composite Materials". They reported on the significance, feasibility, research ideas, technical routes, expected results, planning arrangements, and specific implementation plans of the research projects.

The reviewing experts carefully discussed each postdoctoral research proposal from different perspectives and provided guidance and suggestions on relevant research focus and difficult issues. After the final evaluation by the review panel, the three postdoctoral fellows' research projects are in line with the development needs of the industry, with clear research objectives and feasible research plans, and are agreed to start the project.

The National Postdoctoral Workstation of Jinggong Technology was officially approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in August 2010. Since its establishment, the company has introduced several high-end R&D technical talents and has cooperated with universities such as Zhejiang University, Zhejiang University of Technology, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, Hefei University of Technology, Wuhan University of Technology, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Yangzhou University, etc. At present, there are 7 postdoctoral fellows in the station, creating a good research environment and providing a lot of help and support for their work and research.
