As 2024 draws to a close, in order to review the past year's struggle and look forward to the future development blueprint, on December 21st, Jinggong Technology organized a year-end employee symposium for 2024. Jinggong Technology Chairman Sun Guojun, President Li Aijun and other management leaders, as well as 24 employee representatives from various departments and industries, participated in the symposium.

At the beginning of the discussion, the company's president Li Aijun delivered a speech. The atmosphere at the symposium was lively. 24 employee representatives, with enthusiasm for the company's development, combined their own work experience and job characteristics, put forward 78 valuable suggestions on business processes, collaborative work, logistics support, lean management, and personal improvement.

In response to the suggestions, the attending leaders provided on-site responses to some of the issues based on the actual situation of the company. For all suggestions, the Human Resources Department will promptly sort and match them with the corresponding departments and industries, and provide feedback to all employee representatives through a "one-on-one" response mechanism. The relevant departments/industries will develop improvement plans based on the actual situation and implement them item by item, continuously promoting improvement work.

At the end of the symposium, Chairman Sun Guojun delivered an important speech. Sun Dong first expressed his gratitude for everyone's positive remarks and shared the important achievements and highlights of the company in 2024. He emphasized that these achievements are inseparable from the efforts and contributions of every employee, and hopes that everyone will continue to maintain confidence and contribute more to the future development of the company.
