Recently, the Shaoxing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology announced the "List of the First (Set) Products in Key Areas of Shaoxing Equipment Manufacturing Industry in 2024". Jinggong Technology's "JCSM120A Large Width Continuous Graphitization Furnace" and its Jinggong Intelligent Construction Machine "Purification Plate Automatic Production Line" both made the list and were awarded the title of "Shaoxing City's First (Set) Equipment in 2024". This is another affirmation of Jinggong Technology's outstanding technological innovation and new product research and development capabilities.

The recognition of "the first (set) equipment in Shaoxing City" aims to encourage and promote technological innovation of local enterprises, enhance product competitiveness, and accelerate the pace of industrial upgrading. The product that receives this honor must meet multiple strict conditions, such as strong technological innovation, broad market prospects, and independent intellectual property rights.

The graphitization furnace is the core carbonization equipment in the carbon fiber production line, playing a crucial role in the entire carbon fiber production line. The JCSM120A large width continuous graphitization furnace independently developed by Jinggong Technology has overcome and achieved key technological innovations such as dynamic modeling and fine simulation of electric thermal coupling, new thermal management structure design of multi-layer air curtain blowing, and device research and development of self expanding heating electrodes. It has achieved significant results in production efficiency, electricity consumption, and product quality, setting a new benchmark for green production and development of graphitization technology. After expert evaluation, the technology has reached the international advanced level.

The purification board automatic production line independently developed by Jinggong Intelligent Construction Machinery integrates multiple technologies such as machinery, chemical engineering, electrical control, hydraulic, pneumatic, and temperature control. Through the design of the purification board rock wool automatic filling device, the function of the glass magnesium board concave blade half cutting device has been improved, making the technical level, production efficiency, product quality, and energy-saving indicators of the production line significantly ahead of similar domestic products. It has broad application prospects in industries such as construction, medical, food, and purification, and continues to lead the development of green building materials special equipment towards "new".

It is worth mentioning that in 2025, in addition to the honor of "the first (set) in Shaoxing City", the company's "JCYY300D gas electric hybrid heating end-to-end pre oxidation furnace" was also awarded the title of "the first (set) equipment in China in 2024". "Key technology research and industrialization of 1000 ton large fiber bundle carbon fiber complete set equipment" and "carbon fiber winding machine" also won the first and second prizes of the "2023 Keqiao District Innovation Award" issued by the Science and Technology Bureau of Keqiao District, Shaoxing City.

The addition of this series of honors strongly proves the innovative research and development capabilities of Jinggong Technology in the fields of high-end carbon fiber equipment and smart building equipment, and also highly affirms the company's outstanding industrialization strength.

Everything is updated, and we have achieved great success. In the new year, Jinggong Technology will always adhere to leading industrial innovation with technological innovation, continuously enhancing the core advantages and competitiveness of the brand, and continuously leading the collaborative innovation development and industrial innovation of new materials and high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
