The first phase of the 50000 ton recycled polyester recycling project undertaken by Jinggong Technology is located in the Circular Industry Park of Keqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shaoxing City. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in October this year. After reaching full production capacity, it is expected to process 70000 tons of waste textiles annually to achieve large-scale and high-value recycling applications.

The annual production of 50000 tons of recycled polyester continuous production line is connected by pipelines with a total length of about 68 kilometers, such as more than 1100 equipment, 3900 instruments, and 6500 valves connected by blood vessels. With more than 9000 automated control points, precise linkage is achieved. Through chemical depolymerization, waste PET is reduced to DMT monomer with a purity of 99.99%, and then condensed from DMT to recycled PET, achieving a closed loop from old clothes to new materials, and its performance is comparable to that of native polyester resin.
