On the morning of July 13th, Lu Xiaguang, member of the Standing Committee of the Shaoxing Municipal Party Committee, Deputy Mayor, and Secretary of the Shangyu District Committee, led four sets of leaders from the district to visit Jinggong Carbon Materials under Jinggong Technology to conduct on-site research on the progress of the construction of high-performance PAN fiber projects.
