This selection is supported by professional institutions such as the International Institute of Green Finance at the Central University of Finance and Economics and the Hangzhou Shangcheng District Green Value Investment Research Center. It adopts an ESG rating system that covers three primary indicators of environment (E), society (S), and governance (G), as well as 37 secondary indicators. The comprehensive evaluation is carried out based on enterprise practice cases, public data, and industry characteristic indicators. The selection results have high authority and credibility.

Under the guidance of the "dual carbon" goal, green manufacturing has become a key path to promote high-quality development and cultivate new quality productivity. As a domestic provider of carbon fiber full chain equipment and advanced composite new material integrated solutions, Jinggong Technology has always adhered to the development mission of "green equipment, intelligent manufacturing in China", continuously empowering the green upgrading of the industrial chain and becoming a model of green transformation in the equipment manufacturing industry.

For many years, Jinggong Technology has deeply integrated the concept of sustainable development into its strategy and operations, established a systematic ESG governance framework, and set up a special working group to continuously optimize its management and practices in the fields of environment, society, and governance. In terms of industrial layout, the company has built a green manufacturing system covering multiple sectors such as carbon fiber new materials industry, aerospace (low altitude) industry, and green low-carbon resource recycling industry, based on the integrated development strategy of "green+intelligent manufacturing".

Jinggong Technology has deeply cultivated technological innovation, greatly improving the resource utilization efficiency and energy cycle efficiency of equipment. In 2020, the company achieved nationwide production of carbon fiber production lines. In 2024, by independently developing a gas electric hybrid heating end-to-end pre oxidation furnace, the annual power consumption of a single 3.3-meter-wide carbon fiber production line was reduced by 28 million kWh, saving 650000 Nm ³ of natural gas and 48 million kWh of recoverable heat, significantly improving the energy efficiency level of the industry; At the same time, the company continues to iterate the pre oxidation process and successfully designs and builds the first 0.4m wide hot air microwave multi physics field coupled pre oxidation pilot furnace in China. Through the coordinated regulation of the thermal field and microwave electric field inside the furnace, the pre oxidation process stage has been greatly accelerated and reduced in consumption. Through pilot testing and similarity principle deduction, this technology path has clear potential for large-scale promotion.

The company has also achieved significant results in the field of resource recycling. The first phase of the 50000 ton green recycled polyester project, built for Jianxin Jiaren New Materials with an annual output of 150000 tons, has been successfully put into operation recently. This project innovatively adopts the chemical recycling method to increase the DMT recovery rate to over 78%, reduce energy consumption by 30%, and achieve high-value application of waste textile recycling. After the project is fully operational, it can process 220000 tons of waste textiles annually, which is of great significance for promoting the national "dual carbon" goal.

At the same time, Jinggong Technology actively promotes the digital and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing process, completes the full chain digital and intelligent upgrade of lean manufacturing digital factories, realizes data interconnection and interoperability, achieves integrated control and execution transparency, and continuously consolidates the control capability of green production. In addition, the company has extended the ESG concept to the supply chain, signed cooperation agreements with suppliers that include environmental requirements, with a coverage rate of 100%, and conducted multiple rounds of ESG special training to achieve full coverage of sustainable procurement training for procurement personnel, systematically empowering the green transformation of the supply chain.
