In order to further enhance the standard operation capability of the listed company's directors, supervisors, key management personnel and the core management personnel of their holding subsidiaries, and improve the work level of information disclosure of listed companies, Jinggong Technology held the 2009 high on December 19, 2009. At the training meeting, more than 20 people including Jinggong Technology's directors, supervisors, key management personnel and controlling shareholder representatives attended the training.

At the meeting, relevant experts from Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau and Beijing Xinghe Law Firm conducted in-depth explanations and analysis on the governance of private listed companies and the behavioral norms of directors, supervisors and senior executives of listed companies, and on Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau and Shenzhen. The information disclosure of the stock exchange and related laws and regulations of the controlling shareholder, directors, supervisors and senior management personnel of listed companies, as well as the relevant systems of Jinggong Technology, were interpreted. Through this training, the legal concept and risk awareness of relevant personnel of listed companies have been effectively improved, laying a foundation for the healthy development of listed companies.
