In order to promote high performance management, comprehensively improve the company's management capabilities, and actively implement the Shaoxing Municipal Government Quality Award application work, Jinggong Technology held a training session on high performance knowledge on the afternoon of April 17, 2012. Mr. Xu has publicized and explained the high performance standards of the government quality awards. He has demonstrated high performance in seven aspects: leadership, strategy, customer and market as the center, resources, process management, measurement analysis and knowledge management, and business results. The content, requirements and key points of the standard enable the participants to have a more comprehensive and clear understanding of the high performance standards, and also provide a knowledge reserve for the declaration of the company's government quality awards.

The evaluation of the government quality award reflects the overall management quality and level of an enterprise. In recent years, more and more enterprises have attached importance to and actively carried out the application work. Jinggong Technology passed the review of the Shaoxing County Government Quality Award in 2011. This year, the company will also actively carry out the application for the Shaoxing Municipal Government Quality Award.
