Recently, Jinggong Technology received a notice from Zhejiang Jinggong New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jinggong New Materials Company”), which was jointly owned by Jinggong New Materials Co., Ltd., and was jointly participated by Jinggong Technology Team. “Development of High Purity Silane (SiH4) Technology Development Project by Thousand Tons of Sulphurization Method” has made a major breakthrough recently. Jinggong New Materials Co., Ltd. and the company's technical team have successfully completed the development of high purity silane production technology process package in line with domestic regulations. .

The project was successfully developed on the technical platform of Jingong New Materials' “Cold Hydrogenation” process package through nearly one year of continuous innovation and technological breakthroughs. The main technology fills the domestic gap. The process is mainly prepared by using trichlorosilane as a raw material, deuterating to dichlorodihydrosilane under catalytic conditions and further deuterating into silane to obtain high-purity electronic grade silane gas.

High-purity silane gas can be used to produce high-purity polycrystalline silicon, and greatly reduce the production cost of polycrystalline silicon, and has broad application prospects. At present, the technology has been successfully introduced to the market. Jinggong New Materials Co., Ltd. signed the relevant technical project contract with the first customer and obtained the project execution deposit.
