According to the expansion schedule of other polysilicon producers, the annual production capacity of domestic polysilicon will reach 250,000 tons/year by the middle of 2017.

In addition, the data released by the Silicon Industry Branch showed that domestic polysilicon production in January-February totaled 37,400 tons, an increase of 15.4% year-on-year, of which 19,300 tons in January, an increase of 19.1% year-on-year, a record high in monthly production, and 18,100 tons in February. , an increase of 11.7% over the same period last year. Among them, the output in February decreased on a quarter-on-quarter. On the one hand, it was a small month in February, and the output naturally declined in 28 days. On the other hand, due to the overhaul of two companies in February, Luoyang Zhongsi stopped on February 6. A week of furnace maintenance, Sichuan Ruineng was overhauled for nearly three weeks on February 10.

The reporter also learned that from January to February, according to the output, Jiangsu Zhongneng, Xinte Energy and Luoyang Zhongsi ranked the top three respectively, and the three major enterprises accounted for 54.2% of the total output.

Among them, Zhongneng, Special Change, China Silicon, Yongxiang, Asia Silicon, Daquan and Saiwei seven 10,000-ton enterprises produced a total of 29,800 tons in January, accounting for 79.7% of the total domestic output.

Liu Jing, an analyst of the Silicon Industry Branch, pointed out that from the production situation of various enterprises, Jiangsu Zhongneng had a super-production operation from January to February. At the end of 2016, the actual production capacity has reached 74,000 tons/year; after the new special energy technology reform, the production capacity gradually slowed down. It is estimated that the production capacity will reach 36,000 tons/year by the end of June 2017; the Xinjiang Daquan expansion project will be ahead of the expected production time, and will reach production at the end of March, with a capacity of 18,000 tons/year; Sichuan Yongxiang 1 ~February is also full of production and operation, while promoting technological transformation and expansion projects, is expected to reach 20,000 tons / year in May; and the East hopes to declare products at the end of March, the specific mass production will take time.

When talking about the trend of polysilicon market, Liu Jing said that in addition to the two companies in January and February 2017, the rest of the enterprises were operating normally and basically full production, and some enterprises' capacity optimization and expansion projects were also in progress. Step by step, domestic polysilicon production capacity will be further improved before the middle of the year.
