Since 2017, the overall operation of the textile machinery industry has been steadily improving. From January to August, textile machinery enterprises above designated size achieved a revenue of 83.521 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.46%; the total profit reached 5.915 billion yuan, an increase of 21.91%. From January to August, the total import and export of textile machinery was 4.4 billion US dollars, an increase of 18.52%.

Gao Yong, secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary General of the China National Textile and Apparel Council, gave a brief analysis of the operation of the textile industry this year, and reminded textile machinery enterprises to always pay attention to market changes and be wary of raw material prices in the context of market conditions and generally favorable product orders. The risk of a sharp rise. Gao Yong said that China's textile industry has entered a new era, and the stage of rapid expansion has passed. Although the industry's main business income has a higher growth rate, the fiber processing volume has not increased much. Textile machinery manufacturers must be prepared for these development trends, combining host design, process design, and component design, and considering them together with smart manufacturing. He suggested that textile machinery companies set up groups or alliances to jointly deal with this new industrial development.

Regarding the trend of industrial transfer under the “One Belt, One Road” strategy, Gao Yong believes that with the rapid increase in the cost of labor in Southeast Asia and other countries, the “going out” pace of the industry will slow down. He suggested that textile machinery enterprises should join forces to establish a comprehensive after-sales service platform to promote the export of textile machinery products.

Talking about the status quo and future of China's textile machinery industry, Wang Shutian, president of China Textile Machinery Association, put forward that some questions are worthy of everyone's thinking: Where is the rapid development of the industry? Where is our confidence? What achievements have we made in these years? What are the problems that need to be avoided? Is there any excess competition in the current industry? Is cooperation feasible? Thinking about these issues is necessary. On the other hand, the application of new materials in the textile field is constantly expanding, and the problem should be considered from the perspective of “big textiles”. For example, the industrial textile industry has already shown the trend of cross-border development of product technology, which is worthy of attention. In recent years, with the development of various technologies such as computers and the Internet, people's lifestyles and manufacturing developments are facing changes. The textile machinery entrepreneurs must think about them and have their own strategic positioning.

Keep growing, high-end textile machinery is more popular

Gu Ping, vice president of China Textile Machinery Association, analyzed in detail the operation of the textile industry, textile machinery industry and textile machinery in each industry in 2017. In the first half of 2017, demand for high-end products in spinning machinery continued to grow. In the weaving machinery, the demand for high-speed rapier looms, water jet looms, and air jet looms has increased significantly. Among them, the main domestic production enterprises sold 3,592 high-speed rapier looms, an increase of 11.45%; sales of water-jet looms of 19,000 units, an increase of 46.15%; sales of air-jet looms of 5,503 units, an increase of 37.13%.

The knitting machine runs smoothly. The knitting flat knitting machine maintained a strong growth trend and its performance was eye-catching. The sales volume in the first half of the year exceeded 110,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 69%. The domestic market of the circular weft machine was flat, and the sales of special models such as towel machines and threading machines became a bright spot; however, the overseas market performed outstandingly, and the sales volume and amount increased year-on-year. The sales volume of warp knitting machines and high-speed warp knitting machines increased significantly, while the sales of lace machines decreased slightly.

The sales of printing and dyeing and finishing machinery in the first half of the year were generally good. The low-bath ratio batch dyeing equipment is generally full; the sales of small and medium-sized belt-type digital printing machines continue to grow; the sales of medium- and high-end stenter manufacturers increase by an average of more than 10%.

Demand for chemical fiber machinery increased and orders increased. Market demand is mainly concentrated on new capacity. Market orders for polyester filament spinning machines, texturing machines and viscose staple fiber equipment have increased significantly, but overseas markets have declined year on year.

Non-woven fabric machinery has continued the demand situation, and the high-speed and high-yield complete production line has become a hot spot in the market. At the same time, differentiated and flexible production lines have emerged. Spunlaced non-woven fabric production line market sales blowout, there is a shortage of supply. Do a good job, accelerate the development of intelligence and high-end

Focusing on the development principles and objectives set forth in the "13th Five-Year Development Guidance Opinions of the Textile Machinery Industry", textile machinery enterprises have accelerated the pace of technological progress and achieved fruitful results. Li Yi, vice president of China Textile Machinery Association, gave a detailed introduction on the identification of scientific and technological achievements, the award of textile machinery enterprises, and the specialization of textile machinery enterprises for government development. At present, 59 scientific and technological projects proposed in the “13th Five-Year Development Guidance Opinions of the Textile Machinery Industry” are progressing steadily, and some projects have made progress. From January to October this year, the China Textile Machinery Association has held 9 scientific and technological achievements appraisal meetings and identified 18 products. Among them, the “Special Weaving Technology and Equipment and Industrialization” project jointly developed by Donghua University and Xuzhou Henghui Weaving Machinery Co., Ltd. and the DYECOWIN high-temperature dyeing machine developed by Lixin Dyeing and Finishing Machinery Co., Ltd. reached the international leading level, and another 15 The results reached the international advanced level, and one achievement was the leading level in China.

In addition, the China Textile Machinery Association undertook the task of writing the two government research reports of the “Development Strategy for Industrial Development Strategy”, “Research on Intelligent Equipment in the Textile Industry” and the “Research on the Objectives and Paths of Textile Intelligent Manufacturing Implementation” by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The two government research reports provide advice and suggestions for the government to support the industrial restructuring of the textile industry and support the improvement of textile equipment. In particular, it proposes representative and technologically advanced industrialization projects that can be completed in the next three years. The two research reports were completed in July and May of this year, and passed the review and acceptance of the two ministries.

For the smart manufacturing topic that is currently widely concerned, Gao Yong said: "The textile machinery industry is one of the earliest industries to participate in intelligent development research. However, the textile industry 2.0 still needs to be replenished, Industry 3.0 is still being promoted, and Industry 4.0 has only a small number of demonstrations." Gao Yong called on textile machinery enterprises to do a good job of products, develop data, network and automation, and on this basis, assist intelligent means to move towards intelligence. We should lay a solid foundation to keep up with the pace of social intelligence; at the same time, we must closely follow the intelligent process and understand the new intelligent achievements.

Wang Shutian suggested that in terms of intelligent manufacturing, we should consider the input-output ratio of users and consider economics; we should think about how to use big data to provide users with better production suggestions. He believes that in the understanding of intelligence and information, we need to open our own ideas. In the new situation, we should also stay awake, and the most important thing is to do a good job.

Zhu Xiangmin, chief engineer of China Textile Machinery Association, analyzed the situation of textile intelligent manufacturing. He introduced the "Intelligent Manufacturing Pilot Demonstration Project" of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the "Intelligent Manufacturing Integrated Standardization" and the "Intelligent Manufacturing New Model Application Project". He said that the current government's guiding direction for smart manufacturing is to establish a demonstration zone, improve the intelligent manufacturing standards system, promote the intelligent manufacturing supplier alliance, and develop Internet+, big data, and artificial intelligence.
