Yonghong Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. has cooperated with Zhejiang Jingjing Technology Co., Ltd. in cooperation with the carbon fiber high-temperature graphitization production line, and it has also sent exciting news. Yonghong has been favored by world-famous Korean manufacturers, which was in November this year. Orders for carbon fiber high temperature carbonization furnace production lines were received in the middle and late.

The MHTF (Microwave High Temperature Carbonization Furnace) high-temperature carbonization furnace developed by Yonghong adopts the global patented microwave heating technology, which can be heated to 1100 – 1600 °C in a short time, and then quickly reconstitute the carbon fiber structure for carbonization.

The carbonization treatment is performed by stabilizing (pre-oxidizing) the polyacrylonitrile and then heat-treating at a temperature of up to 1500 °C. In the heat treatment process, in addition to the carbon element, other non-carbon elements are removed as by-products, and the structure of the graphite-like structure is reconstituted. The high-temperature carbonization furnace developed by Yonghong has the characteristics of small footprint and rapid production compared with the traditional furnace.
