In the carbon fiber high-temperature carbonization furnace, factors such as broken wire, exhaust gas, tar product, waste wire, disturbed air flow and the like will affect the uniformity of the fiber tow passing through the furnace, and it is necessary to periodically remove the waste during the fiber production process. Traditional cleaning techniques require lowering the furnace temperature of the furnace to clean the furnace waste, which shortens the furnace's operating time. In order to prevent the high temperature furnace from being exposed to the air, the in-line cleaning function is independently designed and sealed with integrated nitrogen purge.
