Recently, after the application by Zhejiang enterprises, the local economic and information departments and the financial department jointly recommended and reported. The provincial economic and information department and the provincial financial department jointly organized experts to review and report to the relevant national departments for approval. The key areas of Zhejiang's equipment manufacturing industry in 2020 were determined. The first domestic (set) product. Among them, the JCTX300 type 1,000-ton carbon fiber production line independently researched and developed by Jinggong Technology won the title of the first (set) product in the province.

The first (set) major technical equipment refers to the first (set) or the first batch of equipment, systems, and core components with independent intellectual property rights that have made major breakthroughs in innovations, specifications, or technical parameters. Through continuous innovation, our company breaks through the technical barriers of core equipment such as pre-oxidation furnaces and carbonization furnaces, and has successfully developed a "thousand-ton high-performance carbon fiber equipment production line", which can fill the gap in domestic high-precision carbon fiber equipment and break the monopoly of key foreign core technologies. To reduce the gap between China's carbon fiber industry and developed countries, to a certain extent, improve the quality of domestic carbon fiber production, and effectively reduce the industry's production costs. At the same time, the project can greatly improve the performance of composite material components, improve processing efficiency, improve the quality of composite product production, reduce production costs, and accelerate the promotion and application of composite materials.

The research and development of JCTX300 type 1000-ton carbon fiber production line is not only a great contribution to China's carbon fiber industry, but also promotes the overall development of the industrial structure and new materials industry. It also opens the door of the times for companies interested in the development of high-end carbon fiber fields!
