On the morning of August 27th, the "2025 Green and Intelligent Development Seminar for the Building Materials Machinery Industry and the 11th Executive Director (Expanded) Meeting of the 7th Association" was held in Shaoxing. The conference was hosted by the China Building Materials Machinery Industry Association and co organized by Jinggong Intelligent Construction Machinery, a subsidiary of Jinggong Technology. It attracted more than 120 representatives from building materials machinery enterprises, research institutes, and industry associations to participate in in-depth discussions on the path of green and intelligent transformation in the industry.

The meeting was co chaired by Wang Yumin, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of China Building Materials Machinery Industry Association, and Peng Mingde, the candidate for the next Executive Vice President of the association. Xia Rongxiang, General Manager of Jinggong Intelligent Construction Machinery, delivered a welcome speech. Mr. Xia pointed out that the current global technological revolution and industrial transformation are deepening, and the "dual carbon" goal is pushing the building materials machinery industry into a new stage of development. He stated that Jinggong Intelligent Construction Machinery has always been committed to providing customers with one-stop integrated solutions covering research and development design, lean manufacturing, global sales, and full life cycle services, actively practicing the development concepts of green, intelligent, and integrated. He looks forward to taking this seminar as an opportunity to gather consensus and create opportunities together.

Zhu Bing, Executive Vice President of the Association and President of China National Materials International Engineering Co., Ltd., delivered the work report of the 11th Executive Council of the 7th session. He comprehensively summarized the achievements of the association in promoting the green and intelligent transformation of the industry, analyzing the economic operation status, assessing the industry situation, and planning the next steps of work, and clearly pointed out that "green, low-carbon, and digital transformation" will be the key tasks during the "15th Five Year Plan" period. The meeting reviewed and approved the proposal to establish the "Association Digital Transformation Working Committee", and commended technological innovation projects, green and low-carbon cases, innovative design achievements, etc.

In the special report section, Guo Yingkun, an expert from the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center, gave a keynote speech on "The Path and Countermeasures of Digital Transformation of Building Materials and Equipment Enterprises", providing constructive guidance for enterprise transformation from multiple dimensions such as policy trends, transformation practices, and AI technology applications. Yu Litao, a senior engineer at Zhejiang Bangye Technology Co., Ltd., shared "Intelligent Empowerment of Cement Production - Practice of Collaborative Optimization Control of the Whole Process of 'Two Grinding and One Burning'" based on a case study in the cement industry, demonstrating the improvement and efficiency of traditional processes through intelligent technologies such as AI algorithms for watching fire videos and identifying large materials. During the seminar, the attending representatives held a discussion on the direction of green and intelligent development in the 15th Five Year Plan, and shared and discussed topics such as policy guidance, technical design, engineering collaboration, and overseas projects.

In the afternoon of that day, the attending representatives jointly visited the Jinggong Technology Lean Manufacturing Digital Factory. As a benchmark project for intelligent manufacturing in the industry, the digital factory's leading production process transparency and lean management technology provide a practical model for the transformation and upgrading of traditional building materials machinery enterprises. At the same time, the evaluation meetings for the 2025 Building Materials Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award and the "Precision Intelligent Building Machinery Cup" Technology Innovation Award were successfully held in the company.

This seminar is not only a systematic summary of the "14th Five Year Plan" work in the building materials machinery industry, but also an important starting point for the "15th Five Year Plan".
